Classic gin ‘n’ tonic (Mediterranean tonic if you may), or a classic Martini.

A very fortunate, hand-crafted accident, distilled with alcohol from molasses and eight scintillating botanicals – juniper, lemon peel, lavender, dill, rosemary, cardamom, Angelica root and our star botanical, pimento berries a.k.a. ‘allspice’!

Fun Fact:

The name “allspice” was coined as early as 1621 by the English, as it was thought to have the combined flavour of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
